On mobile:
- Once you are logged in to the app, click on the 'Settings' menu.
- Tap on 'Account Credit'.
- You will see a text box that says 'Enter your account credit code'.
- Type or copy/paste the voucher code above into this box and click ‘Apply’ - please note the code itself is case sensitive.
- Place your order as normal and when you reach the payment page, you will see a box to tick so that the payment will be made from the voucher applied to your account.
On PC:
- Log into your Just Eat account and go to 'My Account' in the top right hand corner by hovering over your name.
- On the subsequent page, click on 'Redeem a gift card'.
- You will see a text box that says 'Pop in your gift card or account credit code'.
- Type or copy/paste the voucher code above into this box and click ‘Redeem’ - please note the code itself is case sensitive.
- Place your order as normal and when you reach the payment page, you will see a box to tick so that the payment will be made from the voucher applied to your account.
- If the total value of the order exceeds the remaining value of the voucher, the balance must be paid by card.
Once your Just Eat gift card purchase is confirmed, you will receive a digital code instantly via email. This code can then be redeemed on the Just Eat website to activate your gift card balance and start exploring the exciting world of deals and experiences.
