You can make reservations through TheFork app or website at any time and combine it with any special promotion as well as the Yums loyalty program.

How do I redeem my TheFork gift card?
- Purchase your TheFork code(s) on this page.
- Download the TheFork app and log in to your account or register.
- Add your Gift Card by entering the code in the "My Gift Cards" section.
How to redeem the card?
- Make a reservation at any restaurant that accepts payments through the TheFork app with TheFork PAY. You can filter directly from the app's search by adding "TheFork PAY."
- When requesting the bill, open the TheFork app to pay through TheFork PAY using the balance of your Gift Card. Both the restaurant and the diner will receive a confirmation email of the payment.
Once your Fork gift card purchase is confirmed, you will receive a digital code instantly via email. This code can then be redeemed on the Fork website to activate your gift card balance and start exploring exciting dining experiences.
This convenient delivery method eliminates the need to wait for a physical card to arrive, allowing you to begin enjoying the benefits of your gift card immediately.
- The Fork Gift Card ("Gift Cards") can be used at participating The Fork restaurants and is valid for 18 months from the date of issue (which may be before you actually receive the Gift Card) indicated on the Gift Card, unless its value has been completely spent before that deadline.
- You can find participating restaurants: a) by clicking on the "Where to use my Gift Card?" button in TheFork PAY; b) once you enter the Gift Card code in TheFork PAY by looking at the list of participating restaurants that will appear in TheFork PAY; or c) on the Platform using the "Gift Cards" filter.
- Gift Cards consist of a code and associated information and visual elements.
- The value of the Gift Card is predetermined and cannot be changed.
- There will be no replacement, recharge, or refund (not even partial) of the Gift Cards, and The Fork accepts no liability in case of loss, theft, destruction, or unauthorized use of the Gift Cards.
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards cannot be resold, but they can be given to another person.
- Gift Cards are issued by La Fourchette España S.L. (marketed as The Fork).
- Gift Cards may not be used in any other way or for any purpose other than those specified in these Terms of Use.
- The purchase of a Gift Card does not result in any attribution of Yums.
- The Fork reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use from time to time at its discretion. These Terms of Use apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
